to the poetry of others. While you are here, I ask that
you observe a few rules. Failure to comply with these rules
will result in banishment from my site.
No
rough-housing or horseplay. This is a cafe, and not a
crossroads tavern. Do not use any offensive language
around anyone.
Please
be respectful to those who are reading. They have worked
hard on their poetry, just as you have on yours. You
wouldn't want them shouting out while you're reciting
your poems, do you?
Wait
your turn to speak. It's first come first served here.
When someone starts reciting, you give them your
undivided attention and wait until they are done before
you speak.
Last,
but not least, have a good time. This site was made for
poets to get with eachother to share their works. A true
poet can have a good time, even if they don't like the
poetry.
